Name That Sunflower!

There are many different kinds of sunflowers.  In fact, there are more than 150 different species of sunflowers.

Some are a bold red, some are a vibrant orange and still others show various shades of yellow, from a brilliant gold to a delicate, pale yellow.  Some have small petals while others can grow to be very large.  In some sunflowers, the disk flower (the center part) is a dark brown, in others it's a light brown or a dark yellow.

How would you describe your sunflower? Try to come up with your best "flowery" description using as many different adjectives as you can.

What kind of sunflower did you grow?  Try to find the sunflower that most looks like the one you planted in your garden.
