Name That Sunflower!
There are many different
kinds of sunflowers. In fact,
there are more than 150 different species of sunflowers.
Some are a bold red, some are a vibrant orange and still others show various shades of yellow, from a brilliant gold to a delicate, pale yellow. Some have small petals
while others can grow to be very large. In some sunflowers, the disk flower (the center part) is a dark brown, in others it's a light brown or a dark yellow.
How would you describe your sunflower? Try to come up with your best "flowery" description using as many different adjectives as you can.
